To secure your reservation, we kindly ask for a booking and a minimum payment of 50% to be made at least two weeks prior to your event. The remaining balance is to be settled two days before the scheduled occasion. In the event of non-payment, Glam Flowers reserves the right to cancel your reservation and we will retain 30% of your deposit.

If you find it necessary to cancel your booking, please note that Glam Flowers will retain 30% of the initial payment as a cancellation fee.

The neon signs can be picked up from hope island when hire on their own, and it will be deliver with the walls as below. 

All our walls installations and oversized flower displays are provided with complimentary delivery and setup. Please note that they must be placed indoors or under cover, as they are not weather-resistant.

We require that all wall installations and removals are exclusively handled by a member of the Glam Flowers team. Please refrain from any attempts to relocate or rearrange the walls, as these tasks should only be conducted by our qualified team. Any damage incurred to the walls will result in the applicable charges.
